Set in Carrington NW Calgary, our client wanted their basement development to match the quality and style of the main home. We delivered a bright, contemporary retreat that feels natural, comfortable, and built for everyday living.

This finished lower level features textured ceilings with recessed lighting, crisp bright walls, and durable walnut wood tone LVP flooring. The suite includes two bedrooms, a built in bookshelf, and a three piece bathroom finished with black trims and hardware. Behind the drywall, mineral wool insulation in the walls and ceiling improves acoustic control for added privacy and comfort.

With a private entry and calming pond views, this rental suite maximizes every inch of the footprint and delivers a clean, livable space designed to last.
